As a homeowner, you can book an inspection with Tyne Tees Damp Proofing at any time. We offer professional inspections for homeowners. The report includes a breakdown of works required, including a sketch plan and a written estimate. We carry out inspection reports six days per week. Weekend and evening appointments are also available upon request. Once our surveyor has carried out an inspection, we aim to have the report emailed and posted to you within 48 hours.
If you are a tenant renting a property and are experiencing any damp-related issues please contact your landlord, letting agency, local; authority or housing association. We will need their permission/approval before carrying out any inspection.
We have many years of experience in preparing pre-purchase mortgage/damp and timber reports for both residential and commercial clients. You will find that we can arrange access through an estate agent or current owner. Our inspection reports will include a breakdown of works required, sketch plan and a written estimate.
