We had an ongoing problem with condensation and black mould in one of our bedrooms and tried all sorts of short-term measures to try and fix it - none of which worked. Tyne Tees Damp Proofing carried out a thorough survey of the room and the rest of the property and sent a detailed report clearly explaining what we needed to do along with a quote for the work. The team was very professional and carried out the work efficiently. It was all finished in one day and has made such a difference. Customer service was very good too. Brett was kind enough to carry out an inspection for rising damp and condensation problems at extremely short notice on a weekend as our mortgage lender needed this asap and were holding back money on our mortgage. After we completed our purchase Brett and his team carried out the damp proofing work for our new property in North Shields as outlined in the report. The plastering was excellent and they removed all rubbish at no extra cost. Excellent service will definitely recommend. Thanks a million.
